Small chapter size

Hello,

My chapter is a small size of only 23 women. We have a lot of trouble recruiting since we compete with two other sororities each with 50 girls. We are also a commuter campus which makes it harder to find more people interested.

If anyone has any advice on ways to be more successful please help!!:D
