GRADES/TRANSCRIPTS question
 

Hi guys!

So I went to a Big 12 University my Freshmen year, now I am taking a break off and have done online courses & what not at another college here at home. I was wondering (since I am returning to my college next year) if the Sororities and Recruitment people will need to see my grades from my Freshmen year, or will just need my current grades since I will be a 'transfer'.

Email the Greek Life office at your past/future school. They'll let you know exactly what you need to do in order to go through recruitment if you're eligible.

Ive found that transfers will require high school and college transcripts for incoming freshman and sophmores unless you have an extremely high amount of college hours. With that said, I have found this to be true for some big Texas universities not all. Ive inquired with a few schools and the place greater emphasis on the most current grades but they do look at all grades.

If you want to use those classes towards your credits for a degree, they will all show up on your transcript wherever you transfer.
