Dartmouth: Charges Allege Psi Upsilon Provided Minors with Alcohol
Psi Upsilon at Dartmouth is facing charges of allegedly providing alcohol to minors. The latest charge apparently came about when a 17-year-old potential swimming recruit was found passed out and had to be hospitalized.
See: http://www.boston.com/news/local/new...cohol_charges/ See also: http://thedartmouth.com/2010/12/01/news/psiu The campus paper's article ^ includes this tidbit: “. . . Greek organizations are considered corporations under New Hampshire law, and can therefore be fined up to $100,000 for each felony charge of serving alcohol to minors.” Of course, "can be" fined doesn't mean they "will be" fined. |
