Omega Psi Phi initiates first in U.K.
 

Recently, Omega Psi Phi initiated its first man in the United Kingdom, Bro. Shane Gillings. He is a business finance student at Coventry University in Coventry, England. He was made through Theta Rho International Chapter, a military chapter headquartered in Germany.

Chartering of first chapter in UK.
 

On 17 April 2012, the Supreme Council of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. approved the request for a charter for its first chapter in the UK. The charter will be for a chapter in Birmingham, England. To date the Brothers in the UK have been a part of the Theta Rho Chapter, the European chapter headquartered in Germany.

The chartering ceremonie and other festivities will occur during the dates of 22 June-24 June 2012 in Birmingham.

Like, literally? I wish I had the funds to go to whatever public portions there will be to this event. I would totally visit international NPHC chapters just because.
