Jessica Simpson engaged?
Quite honestly I feel bad for her. Not in the aspect that she got engaged, but because she feels the need to be remarried before Nick does. The green with envy monster is coming out.
I think its really sad that she is weighing her life around what Nick does. Really if she cared this much during their marriage, they might, I don't know, still be married. |
I wonder who's going to split first, Dick, cough cough.--- I mean, Nick or her.
|
I didnt even know she was dating anyone(only 6 months too!).There are also reports that she bought her own ring and that she isnt getting a pre-nup!!
|
I kind of used to feel bad for her with her "bad luck" with love, but I'm starting to thinks she's pathological. Dating for 6 months and already engaged...made the announcement on the heels of your ex-hubby's engagement announcement [insert screw face]. Even if everything was on the up and up, I feel like it is poor taste and someone on her team should of told her bad PR. Even if legit it will appear that she is trying to one up Nick. She needs to surround herself with better people.

And her new hubby-to-be just got divorced. Yup, this'll last.
Oh, and I just read some article about Ashlee and it mentioned that Jessica's wedding is going to be in the next month?????!!! |

Jessica, on the other hand, has dated a ton of guys including that creep John Mayer. Her career has gone up and down and so has her weight. She seems pretty unstable, so my money's going on Nick for staying married longer. |
I still find this hard to believe that this is THE Jessica Simpson that I saw perform at SuperWow 1995 in Jekyll Island GA. It was a youth summer church camp, and she was all talking about how God was her best friend, and True Love Waits, and all that jazz. I was 14 and I thought she was a role model.
Yeah right. |
Well, she was 15 in 1995. Fame will mess you up sometimes lol

I'm going to go ahead and call it: Britany II is about to launch.
Not that I don't feel badly that Jessica's not exactly a mental giant. |

My kids went to high school with Jessica. Before she dropped out, that is.
I used to substitute teach quite a lot at her junior high before I taught at the high school, and she was a kid who was pushed so hard by her father. She was a beautiful, talented girl and not a bad person. Her father was NOT a nice man. A preacher with the proverbial feet of clay. |
