Richmond lawyer among Top 40 Under 40.
 

Brother Tony Pham, the Assistant City Attorney of Richmond,Virgina and member of Upsilon Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, was recently chosen for the Top 40 Under 40 recognition by Style Weekly of Richmond. He was also selected for the Class of 2010 "Leaders in the Law" program sponsored by Virginia Lawyers Media and is a past recipient of the Old Dominion Bar Association's Presidential Merit Award.
