Well, that kind of depends what school you are going to.

is there anyway to delete the last post?

I go to University of Idaho. I want a local not a national

Reputations are not discussed on Greek Chat.

Best of luck to you.

Furthermore, I can only think of 2 members of this board who would have even met a member of a local on University of Idaho's campus.

The ones which don't choose women who focus on reputations instead of getting to know them personally.

I'll probably just look national then

knight_shadow 09-24-2010 11:13 AM

Wow. What a waste of a thread.

You're going to have to. There aren't any local sororities on the University of Idaho campus, unless they are underground organizations not sanctioned by the school.

Yeah we don't have any local organizations here.

There aren't any of those either.

There was a local org. maybe for a semester or two, years ago. I'm not sure why you're not interested in an inter/national organization as we have nine, with a tenth coming in the spring, two (maybe three?) Latina/Multicultural chapters, with two interest groups, Sigma Alpha Iota, the music sorority, and Sigma Alpha the agricultural sorority.

This campus doesn't have a current climate or tradition for locals, and I can't imagine one forming and being received well by the administration or prospering as we have plenty of groups and lots of other activities to be involved in that are women focused, like rodeo and roller derby.

I'm totally forming a co-ed local though, Nu Iota, for Nasty & Inebriated, with meetings on Thursdays at Plant Night and recruitment events at The Corner Club.

Run and tell that Bob Kustra!
