I just experienced my pledge ritual this evening, and am now a member of Online Xi! Yaaaay!!

If it's not improper for me to ask, how is this done in an online chapter? Is the ritual done online as well or in person?

Just a little curious how the online chapter works.

MysticCat - we do the rituals online, split up into a few emails to allow people to respond. If we have a meetup with multiple sisters, we might try the ritual in person, but we're literally scattered coast to coast in the states + overseas.

We also just finished our first meeting - I think it went well! We're forming committees, and I think we had pretty good attendance (I think we only missed a few people). Looking forward to exciting things ahead!
