Hello everyone!

I have been silently referring to this site for information about Greek life. I want to be a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. It is my dream from a very young age. We have a rush coming up at my school(midwest) and i am ecstatic!! I am inspired, i am confident, i am ready!!! I'm a junior at my university majoring in Social work with a minor in women studies. I am somewhat a feminist. However i am all about sisterhood and belonging to an organization which promotes and values community service and sisterhood. I am in love with salmon pink and apple green. Pearls have always been my best friend! I am very confident but i still have a few questions which i hope can be answered. can i ask them here? lol well i dunno if thats against the rules but here goes...The lady i work for at school happens to be the president of the chapter at my school does that disqualify her from writing me a letter of recommendation?? can i even ask her? would it be rude? she is not a graduate member. I'm confused about that and would not want to disrespect the members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated what so ever. please help!!:confused:
