Pi Chi's, Rho Chi's, Whatever!
I'm a Pi Chi for this year's recruitment, which ends on Saturday. Does your chapter do anything special for all of us girls that are doing this? It's super depressing, especially seeing all my XO sisters singing our songs and wearing our letters and everything. :( I read somewhere that some schools make signs for when we come back.

You're getting a great gift - you're going to appreciate your sisters SO much more when you are allowed to reaffiliate. Most people will never understand that.
Hang in there!! You're almost done and you'll have the satisfaction of having helped the entire Greek system. |

You are doing a GREAT thing, hang in there. Those PNMs depend on you and your wise counsel.

Hang in there! I've been Rho Chi and it is tough but it is a great thing. When you are re-affiliated you will have gained much and you will also have the satisfaction of helping your Greek Community. :-)

Oh my gosh this is making me cry!! I'm PMSing real bad the day before bid day. This really can't end well, lol. I can't wait to see my sisters again!

The chapters on my campus usually share food or get treats for all the Rho Gammas, regardless of affiliation, which helps during recruitment week because it almost feels like all the chapters are your chapter.
On bid day, there's usually tackling, signs, crying, chanting, excitement, etc. - almost as much as there is for new members! |
Chapters at my school send baskets to the Recruitment Counselors during recruitment, and make signs when they run back on bid day...my best basket had pictures in frames my sis-daughters decorated for me, a couple of signs, a ton of food, and some of those just-put-in-the-freezer margaritas ;) (I turned 21 on Bid Day that year).
