greek situation at lsu and texas tech?
 

I'm a 22 year old international student from Israel who has been in the army.I dreamt of joining a fraternity all of my life.Im also a heavy party guy i could go to any party.What is it going to be like in both schools?
Im transferring next year to one of both.
