Met a Girl Last Night
 

I met a girl last night who lives in my apartment complex as I was coming home from dinner and she seemed to be coming back from rush school. She asked me if I was excited to go out that night, and I replied that I couldn't because I was rushing. We didn't talk for long because I know that PNMs and sisters aren't supposed to interact before rush, but she seemed really sweet and I'd love to talk more with her during rush.

I didn't even get her name, but is it appropriate for me to mention that I'd like to get to know this girl better when I am at her house's rush party? (She was wearing her letters). How would I go about bringing that up, since I don't even know her name?

I wouldn't do it. She may come up to you during rush and strike up a conversation which would be a good thing.You can say, "Oh I am so glad to talk to you. Did you have fun last night?" But to ask for her, imo, is not a good idea.

Keep it to yourself; she was just being friendly. You can get to know her in a week if you don't run into her during rush. But good luck and have a good time!

You could say, "I met an XYZ in my apartment complex and she was so sweet." Then Suzy Sorority will probably ask, "Oh, which building?" and when you give the answer she'll probably know a few sisters that live in that building, and you'll end up talking to your neighbor.

To be more clear I'm reiterating what everyone else has said so far...don't directly ask for her. The example I gave is an indirect way of meeting her again. A
