Once upon a time there was a PNM named... Gisele.

Gisele went into round one with an open mind, but her favorite house was definitely Delta Delta Delta.

She got 12 invites for round two, but her favorite was still Delta Delta Delta.

She got 6 invites for round three, but her favorite was still Delta Delta Delta.

She attended 3 prefs and ranked them all, but her favorite... by far... was Delta Delta Delta.

And she just let me know that she has now accepted a bid to...

I know, it was a real cliffhanger there.

I'll have 3 other UGA stories to post once I hear their final results, but those are really twisty-turny stories, and sometimes it's just nice to hear a story where a girl falls in love with a house, stays in love with that house, and pledges that house.

Ya know, it IS wonderful to hear this kind of short, sweet, uncomplicated recruitment story. Girl meets chapter, girl loves chapter, girl pledges chapter. Bravo!

Congrats to Gisele!!! I am so excited that she will be sisters with my daughter and her roommate. My daughter was exactly the same as Gisele, she loved the TriDeltas from the very beginning and even though we said "keep an open mind" and she meet so many nice sisters in the other houses, she still LOVED the DeltaDeltaDelta girls! And then, her roommate ended up going TriDelta, too. YEA!!!!

Sounds like they've got a great pledge class filled with girls who loved them from the very start! Fabulous!

Yay! I just posted this on another thread, but my grandmother was one of the first members of that chapter!
