HELP - Party Theme Idea
 

Freshmen move in is coming up, and I'm the social chair for my fraternity and have to throw a party. I'm having trouble coming up with a theme. Here's my problem: I don't want people to have go all out to dress up, necessarily, because it will be the first day after move in and not many people will be prepared for that. I do want a theme though. It could be centered around the drinks or really any theme that one doesn't necessarily have to dress up for. Please Help!

Is it only girls that do Traffic Light parties?

How dressy do people usually get for parties at your school?

I think he was talking about costume-like dress up, as in some themes would require a different set of clothes than one might have readily on hand.
