“Omicron chapter of Alpha Chi Omega had a great week at their National Convention.* Convention was 4 days long, filled with meetings, educational sessions, leadership sessions along with time to be with sisters.* Last year Alpha chi Omega was awarded the National Council Trophy Finalist.*
This is presented to 4 chapters nationwide.* It goes to the chapters who honor the mission and vision of Alpha Chi Omega.*
This year for the first time in 53 years, Omicron chapter was awarded the National Council Trophy.*
This is the most prestigious award give to a chapter.* Along with the chapter’s success, House Corporation Board won House Corporation Board of the year.* Our alumnae chapter also won Continue Excellence award for the 14th consecutive year.*
It is an understatement to say Omicron had success at the National Convention.*
Overall Kansas was well represented with our KU and K-State chapters winning many awards as well.”
