Ex DOJ Official speaks out about New Black Panther Case
Ex-Official Accuses Justice Department of Racial Bias in Black Panther Case
http://feeds.foxnews.com/~r/foxnews/...3/T-CQlsrxmWI/ I would just like to draw your attention to the part where these Black Panthers are told by the Obama administration that they are not allowed near the polls with deadly weapons....until Obama is up for re-election. Then, apparently it's okay, because that is exactly when this agreement ends. |
LOL. granted it is fox.

Definently a slow news week.

...been there, done that.
But then again, people still don't buy the whole Bush winning 2000 election thing...ssssoooooooooo Still got to like how convenient that Fox just dropped in there an allegation that "Oh yeah...OBAMA said they can carry weapons in 2012." Come on AF....please prove that you are a little smarter than that. let me back up a sec... Let's compare articles New York Times says The department dropped the charges against the party, its chairman and the man who was not carrying a club. It pressed forward with the lawsuit against the man with the club, obtaining an injunction that forbids him from carrying a weapon near an open polling place in Philadelphia through 2012. The Fox (see your opening link) article says The Bush Justice Department brought the first case against three members of the group, accusing them in a civil complaint of violating the Voter Rights Act. The Obama administration initially pursued the case, winning a default judgment in federal court in April 2009 when the Black Panther members did not appear in court. But then the administration moved to dismiss the charges the following month after getting one of the New Black Panther members to agree to not carry a "deadly weapon" near a polling place until 2012. There is a whole world of difference between "through" and "until". So uuuuhhhhhhmmm....somebody is lying? or....didn't hear it straight? |

I thought we'd established that they hadn't actually threatened voters. Or am I confusing these guys with someone else.

If this is the Fox story, I think they're trying to portray this Black Panther leader as someone people actually care about. It's tough to tell whether the folks in the video are reacting to him, but if they are, the ones who are showing any reaction whatsoever seem to be just trying to get away from the crazy person. So is the story that one black dude in Philly wants to kill some crackers, but apparently doesn't have the balls to do it? That's news? |

The DOJ blows. I guess they are so busy finding excuses for the feds to not enforce immigration law that they are saying it's okay for thugs to intimidate voters. Well, as long as you don't carry a weapon while you intimidate.Awesome.

^^Oh, it's you.
