Poor Dear! When will she ever learn?

Lindsay Lohan may have come with a message for the Los Angeles Superior Court when she appeared for her probation revocation hearing on Tuesday, and it could spell more jail time on top of her three-month sentence.
Lohan, who was sentenced to 90 days in prison and 90 days in an in-patient rehabilitation facility for violating the terms of her probation, appeared in court with the words “f**k u” printed on her middle fingernail...

You can be ruled in contempt for the T-shirt you wear, I suspect this isn't any different. Freedom of Speech doesn't work the same way in a courtroom.

I think they would have to prove that it was specificly aimed at the judge/court to make it stick, but at this point, she should really consider STFU and doing whatever she's told to do.

Speculation on another MB I visit was that the f-bomb nail was so the paparazzi couldn't print photos of her face up close without altering it (she kept putting her hand to her face) and really making the photo look stupid.

maybe they should say 90 days in "jail" instead of "prison."

As if she needs any help making herself look bad. One poor decision after another, and in such a public arena. The whole thing is very sad, no matter who you are. I don't know much about addiction, but something's got to be really off to self-medicate that way.
