The Theta Rho Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity is hosting our 4th Annual Blue Dynasty Scholarship Stepshow at Sam Houston State University. October 16th 2010. $4500 in prize money awarded to the first and second place fraternities and sororities.
