Starting Own Sorority

Hey, my name is Shawny and I came here to get a information on how I should go about starting it. The sorority I'm trying to organize will have nothing to do with school and will just be a local sorority. The thing is is that I have pledged to many different sororities for highschoolers, but not one of them fits me. So my cousin and I have decided to get together and form a sorority. Any ideas? Advice? It will be greatly appreciated. :)

Wait are you trying to form a college sorority or a high school one?

If you pledged many different sororities, why aren't you in one now? Why would you start another one?

Here's a concept, you and your cousin can say "we're best friends" without starting a sorority. Everytime 2 girls are standing in the same place it does not have to be a sorority.

I have a feeling the OP might still be in high school and is assuming that the greek letter organizations that some high schools have are sororities.

To the OP, if you're not in high school, I apologize, but you did state "I have pledged to many different sororities for highschoolers". College is completely different than high school.

This post reminds me of my mom's 1964 Smith Corona typewriter. Only hers had a funky comma key.

Well something people at my school like to beat into the ground is that "three or more people is a Greek function!"

So she needs one more girl.
