I had never heard of this airline. Spirit is a privately held airline based in Florida that carries over 16, 000 passengers per day. The best way to fight for your rights is to hold a strike and show how much everyone needs you.

Is this the same airline that started charging for carry-ons?

Which airlines followed their lead? Apparently, not the ones that I fly with. LOL.

This is the same company based in a local area who refused to allow me and my mom to look for the luggage that they lost when my sister took a trip to GA. Their warehouse is RIGHT THERE. It's hard to even get a human on the phone. We had to call their baggage place in Vegas and the lady begged us not to tell she gave us a number to talk to a person. I wouldn't fly them if it was free. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for their employees, what a damn joke of a company.

I've flown Spirit once. They are one of three airlines that fly to the small airport near my parents' house in Puerto Rico. All I can remember was I hated them lol

I would like to change the title to "Beware: Spirit Airlines SUCKS!"
