Male OPhiA sisters?
Does Omega Phi Alpha allow men to become Sisters? I know that Gamma Sigma Sigma does and I view the groups as being in a similar situation.

Yes OPA does allow males to become sisters. I actually just wrote a chapter spotlight article on a chapter in TX, and one of their exec board members was a male member!

Thank You.

Some of the founding sisters at Alpha Delta were men. They were lovingly referred to as "mister sisters" :p

Yes! The Mu chapter just Activated our first "mister sister" this fall and he is a wonderful addition to the sorority. He embodies every characteristic an Omega Phi should. We love him so much! <3

I am looking for any OPhiA Alum? Alpha alpha alum would be amazing but any alum is great!
P.S. Alpha Alpha added a mister sister as well in Fall 2011! |
We're actually recruiting for a cool new alumnae program and Alpha Alpha is one of the pilot chapters. Email alumnae@omegaphialpha.org to get in on it. :)

Oops! Just noted that you are an active. My bad.

I'm the proud Mister of Mu Chapter at MTSU mentioned above! It's a great experience and I sincerely hope to meet more Misters one day! (:
