This popped into my mind:
You can look at it more from a Leadership/Participation point of view. Blow up a drawing/rendering of the entire campus (enlarge the campus map). Put it on cardboard or foam board. This might take up half or a whole wall, or parts of different walls. (You can separate each wall area with a specific part of the campus).
Get a list of all members who have recently or currently served in campus positions or participate in other groups/activities: student government, leadership or committee positions in clubs/orgs/activities, orientation leaders, scholarship winners, "top GPA" holders in each school/major, co-ops, internships, tutoring, sports players etc. Get a small picture of each members' face (and position typed below it) and paste/pin it on the building where each particular activity takes place (or near it, with an arrow).
This can become something very detailed for the PNMs to look at (and if you make it big enough, 20+ people can look at it at the same time.
If you use namecards on that day, you can write some/all of the positions/clubs/etc. that each member belongs to. This will also let the PNMs know how involved you are. If you have a house, you can also include the executive board and put their pics above it or in the "windows" of the building on the map.
If you have the highest GPA of sororities/all Greek, use your letters or your mascot to represent all of you, and pin that somewhere important on the map (perhaps where you hold graduation or over a main academic building).
If there are areas not big enough to put a bunch of peoples' pics, enlarge the building and do a "call out" with a big arrow to bring more attention to it.
I don't know how big your chapter is, but the more spread out your sisters are all over campus, the more of an impact it will make on the PNMs. The hardest part, I think, is printing it out in large enough sections to fit everyone. It's something you can use for future recruitments, too.
