Good afternoon all,
Ok Ive started the process for changing our local chapter constitution to a national constitution. Any advice on what all needs to be covered would be extremely helpful. Thanks

1.) You could stop hazing.
2.) You could stop telling women (sorority women) that they are emotional and haven't "earned" what they got when they became members of their organizations.

3.) You could stop trying to say that your weak-ass interviewing in the dark is anything like getting interviewed for the NSA. Let me guess-you're military or former-military, right? I am. I have been interviewed by various organizations for my security clearances and they were acceptable, as well as, I was and still am VERY loyal to the U.S. government. They did not need to "scare" loyalty out of me.

4.) Learn to take criticism from people on GC regarding the question you ask, without getting upset. Many of the people on here have some great advice. If you want to eventually become NATIONAL, you need to learn what is and isn't considered to be "hazing" to various organizations.

From what I've read bout your rush process, you'll definately will need these two things:

(1) A really good lawyer to defend your ass when you get sued by your pledges

(2) A billionaire alumni to bail your ass out when you lose that lawsuit.

no i fully understand that pretty much everything is hazing because society is babying itself.... eventually we need to stop sucking the tit, and grow up.

if all women are emotional and don't want to feel a sense of accomplishment, then all men like the tit.

AZPHI, did you ever try to join an NPHC frat?

Being a Mason and Illuminati is actually quite symbolic and typical.

no, i don think we need to be at that level, I think our first step is getting another chapter with an oversight committee then deal with talking to other frats.

Are you Black and is your local a Black Greek Lettered Organization?

I have to ask this, Define hazing, cause you guys call well everything hazing.

which well anything that can cause any emotional physical and or psychological damage to a person is it.... ok seriously thats everything, I agree yes there are boundaries for a reason, but seriously

IF making a pledge do something community service related is hazing, then they shouldn't pledge. if your that fragile, you arnt going to be productive in the real world.

Whatever your university and your state define hazing is what hazing is. Should you violate that law, be prepare to accept the conseqences, which means lawsuits, prison sentence and your fraternity kicked out of your school

I am a little confused. When you say local to national, are you saying that you want to start adding new chapters to your organization or that you want to align your local with an alreading existing national organization? I'm being sincere, because it's going to be 2 different processes.
