. . . The administrative hearing board of the University of Rochester found . . . Psi Upsilon, in violation of the school's judicial code because it failed to obtain medical attention for severe intoxication, the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle reported Tuesday.
. . . The board also found that members of the fraternity engaged in underage consumption of alcohol, hazed new members, pressured minors to consume alcohol and used marijuana, the newspaper reported.
The fraternity has lost its university affiliation until September 2013 . . . .
