Record Keeping
 

Hey:
The chapter I advise has kept all records since being chartered 30 years ago. Due to lack of storage we are downsizing all the mounds of paperwork. Can anyone tell me are financial records kept for 7 years or do you keep them forever?

IO Historical archives are being revised. They have two very strong women who are spearheading it and know what they're doing. Call IO in Indianapolis and they'll let you know what they want and don't want.
