Big question
 

So here it is. When i was a freshman i got persuaded to join a fraternity when i really didn't know anything about greek. yes it was dumb. Now that i've been around i don't get along with my current brothers and really want to join another one that i've been hangin out with alot. I know that its not allowed within the same council, but if the other fraternity i want to join is in a different council is it allowed if i drop the first?
