What does your organization rank?

What are the top Greek Organizations in America?

Some say that some are ranked high just because they have the most initiates or most chapters but that doesn't make you "the best"

I would say Chi Omega Sigma Chi ATO and KA? Phi Mu being the biggest in the South and AOII being the best for small schools and Kappa Sigma being the most popular southern Fraternity.

At my school the most popular fraternity and sorority are that because they are the oldest but they were started here because it was an easier organization to bring to campus. They tend to stay popular because they only accept local people and legacy members. Another fraternity on campus isn't popular here but it is known everywhere else in the state and nationally.

So should you join the local popular group and forget about your legacy to the national best or join the national best but not the campus favorite?

What a dumb question.

southerngreek12 04-22-2010 08:36 PM

All of you are just jealous bc you can't come from a family of Sigma Chi and ATOs and marry Phi Mus and Chi Omegas. If you are looking to join a Greek organization for fun you aren't going to be a good member then. It is am important part of life and it builds important connections. Your Greek organizations represents you and some are not popular and some are nationally best get over it.

How about you join the group you feel the closest connection to?

southerngreek12 04-22-2010 08:47 PM

I didn't say what was popular at my school because ppl that belong to it might be offended but I can say the sorority is a Northern 1 and the Frat a Midwestern 1. I'm just saying they consist of the Dr. Lawyers and ppl that run my town but the organizations aren't very known in the state or nationally. The national ones on campus aren't very popular so I find it odd.

WaterChild 04-22-2010 08:52 PM

Go away.
