F.Y.I. I emailed john(through his profile) about a week and half ago about possibly being moderator to our forum. what do you think. You know we should try to get other betas from other schools to join.

A moderator watchs for disrupting post and locks them or deletes them accordingly. Plus they help out everyone with any questions or help they may need. Yes and like Miami said starting conversation. Some of these forums can get pretty slow sometimes.

you know you can apply to be a moderator too. I think it would be cool if we were both moderators on this site. We'd just have to get more betas to make it merrier :) Its up to you though. My basic understanding is that its a facilitator/conflict resolution rep of greekchat. Each forum, like ours has a specific facilitator. Its basically someone to get the topics going, get more people to join(more betas for ex) and to be that go to person when problems arise.

Hey Thanks Bro. I just didnt want to leave you out if you wanted to take on a mod position too. I havent heard from the John, the head of greekchat yet, but we'll see. Thanks for the tips on getting other betas to join. I'm thinking of going from the chapter links with nationals and trying that way. The AOL search might be a good one too. I'm just waiting on John but I might just go ahead and start emailing to get other brothers to join anyway.
