The Sigma Chi chapter at Baylor has been kicked off campus. A student from a junior college, visiting her boyfriend, died after attending a party hosted by Sigma Chi at an off campus bar.

From the article, someone is disputing whether she was there for the Sigma Chi function or not.

I know somebody from this chapter, a son of one of my best friends. He's a great guy, I'm sorry his chapter is getting the boot, but consequences must be faced.

What a tragedy for the family of this young girl. How do we, as parents, get across the facts that you can die from drinking too much.

My oldest son had a 2 good friends die from mixing drinking and xanax, my middle son had a friend from high school die from the same thing. I hope they learned from these experiences that bad things can happen, noone is invincible.

So sad.

My sister goes to Baylor and we were JUST talking about this! Knew there would be something about it here. Very sad. Some of the comments on the article reek of GC. Let's keep it classy folks!
