iPhone accessories

I'm wanting to get a few iPhone accessories. Anyone have recs for car audio adapters (my line in jack is not operational), car mounts or bluetooth hands free setups?

For a 1/2 a sec I thought this was more spam.

Try a wireless transmitter which allows you to play your iPhone through you car radio.

I think Belkin has such a device.
