Has anyone gone to see it yet? Anyone feeing this 'righteous' parental uproar?

Did you see it??? How was it??? I really want to see it, but I only have a 'one person review' to go off of. I've heard about the uproar though.

Saw it last month...loved it...pretty good adaptation of the comic. If you have no problems with blood, guts, ass and harsh language, you will be ok.

I saw it over the weekend. Loved it. Oh, and "Hit Girl" was such a cutie.:p

At first I didn't wanna see it because I thought it was gonna be dumb, but it was hilarious! "Hit Girl" was even better than some of the "real" super heroes I like. I've always liked Spider Woman.:)

and Spider Woman has gotten a lot of attention within the past few years...keep your eyes open.

Yep. She's awesome. I was surprised to find out her age, and weight. She's a big girl. An old big girl.:p

Why was there any parental uproar?

Over here in Canada it was rated 18A. meaning you had ot be with an adult to go see it if you're under 18.

From my experience the same movie would be rated R in the States.

That's ridiculous.

None of the characters are even meant to be 'role-models'.

And children should have no idea about Hit Girl in the first place.

But alas, another sign of parents not parenting properly and then complaining their kid was corrupted by something they could've prevented.
