Hello GC! I've been on here for a while lurking. :)

I just wanted to say hello to everybody on this forum... I accepted my bid to my favorite sorority, Delta Delta Delta about a week ago. I couldn't be more happy! I cried happy tears for almost non-stop for the first few days. :) It's been a long process for me but it ended perfectly!

Exciting! I wonder why it took so long to get your big. Its suppose to be 12 days after bid day...

I never understood why it was 12 days. Always seemed too short to me. You didn't have enough time to get to know actives before you had to choose. I personally thought it should have been a little longer, and each girl should have a series of "temporary bigs" and then choose about a month or so in. Just my two cents.

I completely agree. Essentially, because of clue week and everything, bigs and little are pretty much matched the week after bid day and then revelation is a week later for us.

Especially if a chapter got an unusually big pledge class, its hard to match. My big and I have no relationship whatsoever.
