re-rushing
 

I was initiated as a freshman but then resigned the spring of my freshman year. I left the school and am now transferring to the university of arkansas where they do not have my old sorority, can i go through rush again and pledge a different sorority?

No. If you were initiated, you are considered a member. Can you explain further what your status is with your sorority? Did you resign, turn in your pin or what?

i resigned, turned in my pin and everything. there is no hope for me to ever join another sorority ever again?

Pretty sure no, but will a NPCer clarify that

If you were a member of an NPC sorority then you cannot join another NPC. However, if there are local sororities or service sororities at your new college you may be able to join one of those.
