Your chapter should bug nationals as often as you can to get them to help you out. Especially when it comes to rush. If you bug them enough they will send you Buckwheat. Even if he doesn't get you alot of guys he teachs some very good lessons.

LOL yeah...i think we bug them an awful lot.

And even if all they do is send buckwheat....that man can cook!
