How many staff members?? Recession?
A co-worker and I were talking about efficiency in an office type setting the other day, and it lead to a tangent and a lengthy (random) debate.
About how many people (random ballpark) work in your organization's national office? Do you think that is too many or too few? So many corporations/companies are downsizing, and I haven't seen that with my national office (but then again, I am not superinvolved). Thanks for opinions! |
As far as paid positions, we have 17 I believe (including our 5 regional consultants who travel).
|
14 paid positions for a fraternity of 133 chapters and colonies. This includes traveling Leadership Consultants. I do not know how this has trended in the past, or how it will in the future.

We have I believe four people working in Indy.
|
We have 6 full-time and 2 part-time positions for a fraternity of 227 chapters and 15 colonies. (We don't have traveling consultents.) We also have one full-time position for our Foundation.
I'm amazed that such a small group of people can do so much and do it so well. Definitely not too many people. |
