If you have reservations about discussing this on a public internet forum, and there is pending action being taken by your inter/national office, it might be best to keep this within your organization/chapter. Just a thought...

I'm guessing that your national organization has legal counsel. This is what they're there for. Stop asking random people on the web.

i did nothing because MC's first response said it all. but forreal, you said you don't know how comfy your brothers would be with this on the internet, but yet here we are...FAIL indeed and maybe you do deserve to be QFP'ed.

I really wish a super mod would delete this entire thread. It's still very easy to google the fraternity and chapter and figure out what the situation is from the title and other posts. It's not right for this to be out there for all to see.

Yep. Once again, I'm lost. That should be my new slogan. I tried to google it (once someone said you could easily find it-because I am nosey) and I couldn't find it. :confused:
