Computer Lab Rant
 

Ok..so as I type this sheit..I'm sitting here in the computer lab, and you know, for some reason I'm really starting to get sick of being in the computer labs. I will try to explain why.

1. As I sit here..the place is very full...almost every station is in use...and there are many things going on.
- People are being loud and stupid
- Some people have no idea in hell of what they are doing, so they decide to ask me for help. Why...I ask. "oh, well you were typing fast, so I thought You knew what you were doing."
"O.K...I know what I'm doing, but do you see I'm BUSY?" But..I'm nice and help anyway..because I'm a nice person.
-I think the girl on the left of me doused herself with half a bottle of perfucme before she came her, and it smells cheap and nasty.
- The guy on the right of me smells like he hasn't showered in a few days, and looks as though also, judging from the look of his greasy hair and very dirty clothes.
But, the two smells seem to be neutralizing eachother, so it isn't so bad.
-A guy a few computers down seems to like to play music really really loud. He is wearing headphones, but you can still hear it. I've asked many times for him to turn it down. At this point, I'm about to introduce his face to his computer monitor :)
-A group of girls another isle down will not SHUT THE HELL UP! I don't care about what kind of underwear you are going to be wearing for the "big party" on Saturday, keep it to yourself and worry about it then. (It's also pretty funny, seeing as they are talking about going to this huge fraternity party Saturday, and I believe that my fraternity is the only one throwing one that day.)
I'm about to black list their ass&* and ruin their precious under wear adventrues. But..iI'm nice..so I'll keep it shut.
-ANother guy types on his keyboard too damn loud, sounds like he is smashing his fists against it everytime he presses a key, I don't get it!!!!!

Ok, so..that was basically all I have to say for now..there might be more later....i.e. the conclusion of face and monitor introduction, or panty party blues...depends on how much longer Blaine can take this!

I feel ya! At my school they have gotten rid of the "Poli Sci lounge" where there were computers. Where it went no one knows. But now other Depts. have codes for their computer labs, so we have to use the "general one" which means long line ups and noisey people. On behalf of all of us who are bothered by those people, ban their panty adventure!! :) JJ! Try to block them out I guess!! Good luck!

In our computer labs, there are 50 computers in each lab but only two printers. You can imagine the pain. :mad: You always have those random people who decide to print of 40 pages of notes. This happened to today right before my Marketing Research class. I had to print up an assignment real quick. This girl decides to print out all her e-mails that she received that month from her boyfriend. No joke....everyone in the lab had to wait as 37 pages worth of e-mails came out of the printer. The moron said, "Oh...heh heh...I didn't realize there were some many pages." We all looked at her and wished some evil thoughts upon her. ;)

You need to open a can of whoop ass on them all. Don't forget to give them the finger snaps too.

No kidding. Who prints out theri emails anyway. Thats pathetic.

I found the POli Sci computer lab! Those sneaky devils thought they were clever moving it across the hall from the old one, but I beat them at their own game! There are a total of nine computers in here and they all have a very, very slow internet. Plus there is a sign behind me that says it is for such things as schoolwork and not email...I think GC is educational :)

See, we engineers don't have these problems :-). They take such good care of us, we even get our own quad.

Yeah, why is that? Them and the Business majors get all the cool junk. New buildings, state-of-the-art technology, and I am left with an old chalk board, no chalk, and old ass memiograph machiene (you know, the kind that prints out the purple ink and smells reall good?) and one 60 watt light bulb in my department. Death to all of you. (My academic Osama threat of the day) Someday I'll share some of my lab stories. Glad to see I aint alone. :p
