Question about Rush/Pledging

Hi Everyone!
My chapter is currently going through our recruitment week and we've had several girls come out to rush that were already in/disaffiliated from a co-ed fraternity. I just wanted to know what everyones thoughts were on this. I guess we were concerned because its shunned upon and we werent sure if we would even want these girls in our chapter who would disaffiliate from another?
Thanks!

This to me seems like membership selection information, which is private and shouldn't be discussed on a public forum.

I'd talk among your chapter if I were you. The question you raise is a legit concern, but the only people who can decide if it's a big enough issue are the women in your chapter.

I just wasn't sure if there were guidelines against it

Is the co-ed fraternity service based or is it purely social? I'm in a coed service fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega, and also an NPC sorority. There's no problem with belonging to both, and they wouldn't have had to disaffiliate to pledge an NPC group. Same with KKPsi or TBS.

Although if the coed group is a purely social group on your campus, I would really tread lightly on this one. Quite frankly, I'd probably say no.

Did the girls say why they disaffiliated?
