Badge Repair
I lost my badge about a year ago, and finally got around to ordering myself a new one. I ordered my badge off of the Emporium website. On the listing for the badge it says you can add your initials, date of initiation, and your chapter to the back with no additional cost, but no where on that page or during checkout did it let me add those things. I should get my badge in a few weeks, but I'm not sure how to go about sending it in to add those things, or who to even send it to.
Let me know what to do and how to go about it, it would also be nice to know how long it would probably take. Thank you! |
Don't worry L-nay...they will likely do all of that for you without you needing to tell them anything. Since you have to be an initiated AOII to order a badge, they have all of your information and don't need to get it from you to complete the process. When you get your badge, it should be fully engraved and ready to wear! Enjoy your new badge. Make sure to use the bubble guard that comes with the pin. It is the little bubble on the back that slides off the pin. If you pull it off, put your pin through your shirt then slide the bubble on after before securing your pin, it will keep the badge in place should the pin come undone.

If for some reason it doesn't come with a bubble guard, a pierced earring back works well! I use earring backs for both my Life Loyal and 25 year pin, and haven't ever lost either (fingers crossed).
