Hey y'all
I was just wondering if we had a hand sign like some other sororities do?

The SDT chapter at my school made a L shape with their left hand (made with index finger and thumb) and a W with their right hand (made with index, middle and ring figners), then turned the W sideways to make a sigma and the L to made half a delta..then brough them together (with your right index finger touching your left index finger and your right ring finger touching the left thumb)..it was supposed to look like "SigDelt"

Love our handsign. I've also seen it with the middle and ring finger twisted around each other on the right hand. Looks more gangsta that way :p

What we do is like RedHotSigDelt said

right hand: middle and ring finger crossed, thumb tucked down (out of sight basically), pointer and pinky pointed straight
left hand: middle and ring finger tucked down, thumb tucked down (like right hand), pointer and pinky finger up (like a Texas Hook'Em or the "rock and roll" symbol minus the thumb)
Put the hands together so your pinky fingers and pointers touch each other (pinky-pinky and pointer-pointer) and the twisted fingers touch where your left hand is down.

It does look quite gangsta
but that's cause Sig Delt's the best
