You will need to contact your local ZTA alumni chapter. They might be able to set you up with an alum who could write you a rec.

Also please be aware that rush is a mutual selection process. You don't just decide to pledge a sorority without any input from the sorority itself. My apologies if you're aware of that but your post made me question if you were.

Are you going to be a Freshman in college this semester? Maybe you could ask around with your HS teachers, you never know who was who. Some of my friends got recs from teachers who they'd known all through high school.

Sweetie, please delete this asap. This is bad form for someone wanting to pledge. And, it may cost you dearly in recruitment if you are able to be identified. Good luck in your search.
p.s. Check for alumnae groups in your area if there is no one locally that knows you available for a ref. (Do a search on the ZTA site for alumnae locations...)

You're going to need to get in contact with your local Alumnae Panhellenic. They will help you get everything in order.
