Plot synopsis...

Day 8: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Jack is unwillingly drawn back into action as President Taylor works on negotiating international security with a determined Middle Eastern leader, and he works alongside an upgraded CTU with a new head honcho in charge.

i don't watch 24 but i thought the title of this thread was funny.

I haven't seen it since like season 5.

They lost me at season 3.

lol--Lost really tanked with Season 4. It picked up again though.

I'm watching! Wasn't too impressed with hours 1&2, but Oh Boy, hour 3 got me hooked. I was so Pissed at that stupid cop who was beating up Jack in the basement!! I SOOO wish they had an "epilogue" where we could see that jerk lose his job!!!

Can't wait for Monday! - but it's put a crimp in my DVRing, I'm having to watch the Bachelor real time so I can tape Chuck and 24 for my husband and I to watch together.

Let's all be honest... 24 hasn't been the same since President Palmer died. I'm still waiting for that guy to pull a Tony and randomly come back :D

But seriously, I'm addicted to this show. I think there was only one season where I didn't watch consistently. Some seasons have definitely been better than others, but I can't stop watching.

And when Kim started crying because Jack couldn't come back to LA with her and her family, all I kept thinking is, "Oh, stop your crying. He'll be on a plane tomorrow after a nap and a shower." :p

I definitely agree that the first 2 hours were ok, but the second two pulled me in. Hopefully I'll enjoy the next 20!

Missed the third hour (on a plane), but caught the 4th. I know there is a twist; like the President's wife is involved rather than the Russians.

I definitely agree that hours 3 and 4 were a lot better than 1 and 2. Renee is kinda freaking me out - and I love it! And I'm really over the new head of CTU. Bill needs to pull a Tony and come back.

I'm wondering if this will be the season Jack finally eats something or goes to the bathroom. I'm thinking there's possibly a sandwich in that man-bag of his.

Every time I see President Hassan now, I keep replaying the scenes from Slumdog Millionaire when he shouts, "Who wants to be a milan-air?" in that accent of his :p Make it hard to take him seriously as a middle eastern guy.
