FBI busted using random photos for Most Wanted
http://mashable.com/2010/01/17/fbi-bin-laden/
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/8463657.stm REALLY?! Instead of Photoshopping an old picture of bin Laden to show how he may look now, they used a Spanish politician's campaign photo. And then, um, he noticed. I know you may not have a high res photo of bin Laden readily available, but if you aren't 1) selecting that stock photo because they share a huge defining feature AND 2) altering it beyond recognition, we gots problems. |
I can only imagine how much taxpayer money went to fund this.... the FBI has multi-million dollar budgets every year, and when it comes down to it, they can't even accomplish a very simple, basic task.

I thought the photo looked "interesting" but I thought it was crappy photoshopping. |
When our doggie at work went missing (we have dogs that roam the shop yard at night to keep people out - but they're really just big babies) we Googled for a pic that kinda looked like him for our "Missing Dog" posters...AND WE FELT BAD ABOUT USING SOME RANDOM DOG. Luckily our mailman found him.:):)
