Too coincidental: quilt idea
 

One of my leisure-time activities (my DH is too tactful to call it an obsession) is quilting. I wrote to the co-chairs of the Centennial Committee to say that I'd like to organize a project to make a commemorative quilt for that event. (A needlepoint wallhanging was made for the diamond anniversary in 1979. It's at IHQ. I made the square for ERho...)

I was browsing through some back issues of quilting magazines yesterday and there was a block design called "1904 Block"!!!

I guess I'll have to think more seriously about this project....any quilters among you?
