Pete Carroll leaving USC for Seahawks

All that is standing in Carroll's way from taking over the Head Coach position with the Seahawks is for the team to interview a minority candidate. Link Is it just me or is this process going backwards?

The whole USC coaching staff is apparently moving to Seattle one-by-one. First Sarkisian, then Nick Holt, now Carroll. Can't say I blame them - this city rocks...and the air is a whole lot healthier! :)

I'll bet the folks at UCLA are loving this.

Florida or a west coast school.

That's the great thing about this move for Carroll, it's really a no-lose situation. Even if he pulls a Saban in the NFL, he can still come back to college.

Good question.

Good riddance to Kiffin, I say. Though I did enjoy that he was kind of a loose cannon/wildcard in the SEC.

Kiffin in USC's NCAA situation is not a good fit.

I thought Pete Carroll already proved a few years ago he wasn't as successful in the NFL?!
