Improving a reputation
 

Need some help improving rush at a small SEC chapter. Daunting task.

You've told us what is happening with your chapter, but not the why or what you've been doing.

-What is your chapter's reputation? Why do you think guys aren't joining? It's got to be more than just "We're not a traditionally southern chapter." If your chapter has been on campus since pre-WWII, you should have had some kind of traditions going on.

-Do your members truly have brotherhood? Are they friends who like to hang out with each other, or just a bunch of individuals who joined a fraternity and never do things together?

-What has your chapter been trying to do to build up?

Also, what kind of alumni support do you have?

Has anything happened (and go waaaaaaaay back in your memory banks) with any other groups on campus that might have given you a bad name at some point?
