lifesaver, you are such a sweetheart! I always get a little startled when I see my name! I didn't realize I'd been running my mouth so much. I guess it proves what Hubby says, "You talk too much!"

I was going to pull up a certain thread yesterday, but decided against it. I'll ask you now-------How was your weekend? I hope it was wonderful!

Does it take more posts now than it did last year to become a senior member? I'm pretty sure my senior member status was within my first week, and to be honest, I believe it was day 2, but I could be wrong about that, I'm not certain. I know it did not take very long, and I know certainly it was within a week, because I assumed that everyone was a senior member when I saw how quickly I became one. JustAMom is the best, and her first post she should have been considered a senior member..Life, I 2nd your motion make justamom the gc housemom, in fact, I think a name change is appropriate for it, but then again, I don't want you to lose you senior status so quickly.

Yep ever since the new gc look came its been a 100 post to be a senior member.

BTW. did you write a letter to the reveille this week? A parent wrote in applauding the patriotic halftime show at the Florida game and it sounded kinda like you. :)

What you guys don't realize is what I've learned from YOU. I've seen more support for each other and good natured jokes than anywhere. You see, I cherish youth-that doesn't mean in years, but in mind, and it's pretty darn boring when you are surrounded by a bunch of old goats.(My Hubby is a YOUNG goat) What happens to people? Why can't they remember?

BTW Juniorgrrl, it wasn't me. I'll have to pull up the archives and read it. I want you to FLY and be whatever you dream.

So, let me thank you all for helping me let my daughter grow/go and to you young men out there-I am amazed by you-gentle tender hearts. You've given me some insight to my own son that being a female, I didn't have. That really has been a blessing.
