Spirit Chair!!! (or Sunshine Chair)
 

I plan on running for Spirit Chair of my sorority in January. I have some ideas already that I am really excited about! Just wondering if you and your sorority (or fraternity) have any interesting, new, exciting ideas for the position!!! Any input helps!

Our Spirirt Chair is in charge of keeping up morale for our sorority! Im in chrage of recognizing Birthdays, recognizing Sisters for their good Deeds and just overall keeping everyone happy! :) Some of my ideas are (as someone mentioned below) the 'Snaps Cup' for when sisters do something well, possible planning a sisterhood event (just a tiny fun day or ice cream get-together), and painting a banner once a month with all the birthdays for the month on it (We have 80 sisters) as well as doing something indivually for birthdays.

Any ideas help!

Whoever lets the spirit stick touch the ground...WILL BE DAMNED TO HADES!

There have been at least two other threads on this in the past few weeks and in each I wonder how such a ridiculous position could exist...

Our spirit chair is responsible for making sure that all the actives know plenty of chants for Greek events, coming up with songs for recruitment, and keeping up the chapter's morale.

Sometimes she brings a "snap cup" (think Legally Blonde 2) to meetings, so everyone has the opportunity to write nice things about another sister and she'll read a few that have been drawn out of the cup. She also brings a small prize for a sister she thinks has done a good job of being spirited throughout the week.
