Mud Volleyball2
Okay, I know I already posted this subject once, but I really need some feeback! I am trying to put on our Greek system's first ever mud volleyball tournament. I don't even know where to start! I really want to do it for Greek Week, which, for us, is the first week in May. Please, please, please help me. Thank you so much.

I guess ideas for fundraising for the event, and how to choose a local. Just about everything for planning... I guess. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif

I'm not sure if this would work, but you could do a round-robin type tournament. If I'm not mistaken that at least allows teams to play twice (you're eliminated if you loose twice). You might want to make standard rules such as boys vs boys and girls vs girls OR teams must be evenly divided among the sexes...three girls and three boys to a team.
If you do it the second way to make it fair for more people to play you might want to limit it to two teams per BGLO/GLO. That way 6 people from each sorority/fraternity can play (hope that makes sense). That's the only recommendation I have. Hope that helps! Not sure how you would get the donatations but the mud volley ball sounds like a great time!!!!!
My chapter of LXA, does a Hot-Tub- A- Thon with a Soro on the lawn fo the House for 48 hrs. and accepts donations. this last year we donated 3000.00 + to The Ronald McDonald house. The Greeks do one hellave lot of good for the coummunity and our School but never get credit for that, only the dumb and stupid things that happen!!!!! ------------------ Tom Earp LX Z#1 Pittsburg State U.
