accepted but classes start in the summer
 
If i have been accepted into a a school but i don't start classes till the summer time would i still be able to try and go to a rush and try to pledge before i actually start classes?

I believe that in order to join any kind of student organization at most schools you have to be enrolled in a certain number of hours. Maybe you could try to rush in the fall.

Also, summer courses are generally more accelerated than the courses during regular terms. Your focus should remain on school.

For NPC groups you have to be enrolled in that school for the semester/quarter that recruitment is taking place. So if you mean that they have deferred recruitment (spring semester) and you won't start till June, then no, you may not participate in the spring. You would have to wait till the next spring. Or, if they have fall recruitment, you could participate then, if you are enrolled for fall term.
